BLACKROLL® MOVES is an holistic exercise program that will make you sweat. This group fitness training is based on myofascial and functional chains in order to offer a targeted training approach. Effective mobility and stretching exercises are combined with high-intensity functional moves. Your fitness is the focus of this workshop.
Rika studied M.Sc. Clinical Exercise Science. Since 2016 she has been a BLACKROLL trainer and since September 2018 she also worked as an event manager at BLACKROLL®. Since November 2019 she has even been a master trainer. Her hobbies are: running, acroyoga, yoga, calisthenics and strength training.
