In this course you will be shown exercises to relieve tension and prevent certain pain symptoms. This is done through an exercise mix of foam rolling, stretching, activations and fundamental movement patterns. It is not about purely eliminating pain or mobilizing, but rather the long-term improvement of movement patterns. This not only reduces pain, but also improves athletic performance and general well-being.

Rika Schmurr

Rika studied M.Sc. Clinical Exercise Science. Since 2016 she has been a BLACKROLL trainer and since September 2018 she also worked as an event manager at BLACKROLL®. Since November 2019 she has even been a master trainer. Her hobbies are: running, acroyoga, yoga, calisthenics and strength training.
