Finger strength is one of the most important requirements for bouldering and climbing. But how do you best train them and, above all, with the lowest possible risk of injury? The workshop offers an introduction to fingerboard training. The participants should learn the most important basics and techniques to be able to train finger strength independently in the future: what is the right shape, how often and how can the hangboard be best integrated into your own training?

Requirements: at least 1.5 - 2 years of bouldering or climbing experience

Lisa has been bouldering and climbing for 3 years and also likes to take part at bouldering competitions all over Germany. Her greatest passion is rock climbing. She loves to travel in the Franconian Jura. Due to an injury she started to train and has been intensively involved in climbing-specific training in the past two years.
